Braeside Cattery was built in winter/spring 2009-10 and sits within a quiet rural location in central Scotland on the outskirts of Avonbridge in the beautiful Stirlingshire countryside. The cattery consists of a block of 8 brand new double pens each with its own living quarters , heating , lighting and exercise run. All our cabins have a viewing window and raised sleeping area where our residents can lounge and watch the wildlife in the garden. There is also a raised shelf in the exercise runs where they can sun themselves. Your cat is welcome to bring their own bedding and toys but we also provide these items. Our residents enjoy an open outlook onto gardens where we have bird tables/feeders and plants to attract butterflies for their entertainment. The odd chicken and duck pay occasional visits which adds to the interest. As we are a small family run cattery we feel we can give your cat the extra time and love that it so rightly deserves. We spend lots of time with your cat giving them a daily groom and playing with them. We are experienced cat breeders and exhibitors so feel we truely understand cats and make them our priority.
Within 30 minutes commuting distance of Edinburgh and Glasgow J4 M8 and M9. Our cattery is secure and covered by CCTV 24 hours a day. We cater for cats and small animals and we use only high quality foods like Pro Plan and Royal Canin although we will cater for most diets if required but prescription diets must be provided by owners. We make no extra charge for grooming and administration of medicines.We are fully insured by Cliverton Insurance Company and fully licenced meeting all standards and regulations.
